What Makes Hoopla Different?
Hoopla is a library retailer with a unique patron driven acquisition model where each check out at the library is counted as a sale. Hoopla offers all content to libraries and pays for every loan, rather than requiring an upfront purchase. That means you have greater visibility, but a receive smaller payments per read, rather than a one time purchase. Hoopla pays the greater of 50% of a Per Circulation fee or $0.25, billed for each request from a library's patron.
