Release Overview US
This report shows three boxes. The first box is a map of the Country selected with the ability to drill down on a per state basis to determine the specific organizations and contacts us serviced in that territory. The second box shows the Marketing Response - a cumulative total of streams, downloads and views. The third box displays actions by time of day and provides an indication of when contacts are most likely to review releases or notifications they are sent.
Top 50 User Report
This report helps us determine the top users that are actively streaming, downloading and viewing Releases that you’ve send.
Release Overview Canada

System Usage

A high level overview of your label System usage – this report provides details on the number of Releases delivered on a monthly basis, the number of private lists, the total size of assets managed and maintained online with the system and other key overall system metrics.
Stream, Download & Views Per Release and Files
This report allows us to review a listing of all of your releases and a cumulative overview of the count of streams, downloads and Details Page views received for the release.
The report also includes the range of utilization dates from the first access through to the latest.
By clicking on the name of the release, us can drill down to see the specific listing of users (along with their organization) that accessed the release.

Stream, Download & Views By Destination Notified
Designed primarily to be run on a per Release basis, the Impact report compares the Organizations and Contacts notified about your release with the actual number of streams and download received for the release.
Expressed as a percentage, this value gives a good indication of the overall interest associated with the release.
The report also includes a breakdown of which specific files within the release garnered the most interest.

Stream, Download & Views By Destination Usage
Unlike the 'Destination Notified' report, which includes every destination that we made your release available to; this report only shows those users who actually streamed, downloaded or viewed your  releases and a count for each.

Time of Stream, Download & Views Report
This report provides a granular overview of the specific date and time a release and its associated files were accessed.
If you really want to know the specifics of when someone accessed your release, we will send you an updated report.

Release Impact Report
This report provides a general overview of the recipient access for a release.
The first graphic displays the total number of contacts notified, destinations notified, streams, and downloads for the selected release from when it was first delivered, to when the report was generated.
Detailed inside the bars on the graph is the percentage of the total recipient actions constituted by streams and downloads respectively.


The second graphic displays the number of streams and downloads for each asset in the release from the time it was first delivered to the time the report was generated. Comments & Approvals Report
Broadcasters have the ability to both comment and go through approval cycles for new music and music videos in the system. This report, run on a per release basis - will give us an indication of communications made between your label and 5050 Music Group.

Delivered Notifications Report
Get a listing of all the organizations and contacts us notified as part of your release including the time the notifications were sent.

Media Files Available in
Get a complete listing of all the media files (WAV, MP3, MXF, JPG, PDF, etc) sorted by type and available to deliver via the system release for your label.
